He brings strong technical depth in accounting, audit, and compliance, combined with a clear understanding of how CPA firms operate in real-world client environments. As Managing Director, Tanuj oversees overall strategy, client relationships, service quality, and governance, ensuring FintraSure operates as a true long-term partner to its clients.

Head of Operations (Domestic)

Tarun leads domestic operations, focusing on team management, process execution, and delivery efficiency within India. He is responsible for workforce planning, operational controls, internal training, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with defined SOPs and quality benchmarks. His role ensures consistency, scalability, and operational discipline across all domestic engagements.

Suyash Pasi

Head of Operations (International)

Suyash manages international operations and client delivery for FintraSure’s global CPA firm partners. He acts as the key bridge between overseas firms and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and adherence to client-specific workflows and compliance expectations. He plays a critical role in onboarding international clients, managing ongoing engagements, and maintaining service continuity across time zones.

Krunal is a Chartered Accountant with a strong focus on strategic planning, service design, and long-term growth initiatives. Early in his career, our founder experienced accounting offshoring firsthand, working as an associate supporting overseas accounting teams. This exposure revealed both the efficiency offshore models can deliver when executed well, and the operational risks that arise when quality control, communication, and accountability are missing.

That experience sparked a long-term vision: to build a reliable, CPA-aligned accounting outsourcing model that truly supports professional firms.

Building Global Credentials & Perspective

To fully understand the operational and regulatory expectations of CPA firms, the journey expanded across borders:

• Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) in India
• Relocated to Canada to gain international exposure
• Earned CPA (Canada) designation to align with North American professional standards
• Built extensive experience working with Big 4 firms, serving public and private clients across industries

This global professional background provided deep exposure to:
• North American accounting, audit, and tax standards
• Partner- and manager-level expectations

Leadership in Accounting & Outsourcing Excellence

As his career progressed, responsibilities expanded beyond technical accounting delivery.

The founder advanced into Senior Manager roles, leading large engagement teams and complex client portfolios. During this phase, he also served as a National Outsourcing Champion in Canada, helping CPA firms design, scale, and govern offshore accounting delivery models.

This experience reinforced a critical insight:

Most outsourcing failures are not talent problems. They are failures of process design, ownership, and trust.
